^^That is the server doing it's back-up routine Phil and Sunny, sorry but it's scheduled every night our time for that procedure.

I still have had some lag at other times during the day, and I tell the owner when it happens.

We have noticed a "lag" and a series of crashes this morning, and apologize for the inconvenience. Shaggy has been notified and hopefully he can fix the problem.

It's frustrating for all of us, so we know how our members must feel when this becomes a regular occurrence. We never had any trouble for almost two years, so this is a recent development.

^^^^ I tried to sign in two or three times before striking lucky and it is very slow or is that just my dud laptop?

Sunny, nah, it's not your laptop, it's been on and off crummy all day today (well, since about 9:30 this morning (~18 hrs ago)

This page crashes pretty regularly for me - I just blamed it on my junk comp.

It's just something that we gotta deal with right now. Hopefully in good time it'll get better. There were a few error pages this evening though. Shorter ones than usual. Could just be me though.

Shaggy was out of town but got back yesterday and is in touch with the server guys about our problems. This affected his other forums as well, not just us.

Hopefully it's a minor tweak and we are back to normal.
