I have all the episodes of the Banana Splits and I know what you guys mean...that's still one rockin' kid show to this day...fast paced, loud, rock and roll...it's great.

Sunny and Shaz...you can get Partridge Family on DVD...4 seasons it ran. It's a great show actually. :grinthumb

I've always maintained that "Danny Partridge" was one of the great comic characters in television history.

It wasn't all that kid friendly or calming for that matter...when shows like the Banana Splits were on...my Dad would come into the room and be all, "What the HELL are you watching!!" :oyea:

    THIS!!!! :metal:

The music was recorded by a group of musicians known as The Wrecking Crew.

Oh yeah the wrecking crew played on everything!!! I still love the first Partridge Family album more than anything else that was recorded under this name. It had great music from front to back and was musically sophisticated.

I agree with you Metalpriest. Although he was kind of drab the first season, for the rest of the show's run David Cassidy was funny as hell. And when he teamed up with Danny B. or Dave Madden it was a riot.
