Billy Joel knows.
Robert Plant's screaming reminds me of the pointless front man of AC/DC. The best screamer in all R&R is Paul McCartney. He can reach up there and let loose. Plant is weighted down by his big head, his hair and his ego. Did I say I was perfect? Nah, they'd never believe that.

Don't hold back Elfranco, tell us what you Really think....:lmao:

Now to business, Paul is someone I like and respect a ton, but Ian Gillan from Deep Purple is much better at "Letting Loose".

Precisely. Ian Gillan is the first and best belter in rock. I learned all I know about letting loose while singing from Ian.

Have I ever said how much I DESPISE the song Carouselambra by Led Zepplein? I'm half tempted to put them in because of that....but I've honestly never understood why people liked Bon Jovi as much as they do....

Seriously, though... I think if you were a teenager in the mid-to-late 70's you'd have a different opinion. That was the best song on that record, imo.

And DJ's loved playing it 'cause they could go outside for ten mintues and spark a bowl (or whatever). :****:

I like U2 myself, right up to Joshua Tree anyway, but it is interesting to see the Beatles, the Stones and Tool have not received any votes yet, then again the poll was added recently and updated as well.

I should start a Proper new thread with 20 Choices....
