I'm not sure Cream and Zep qualify in the last 20 years Cream'd....

I don't care for the White Stripes myself, but have warmed up to REM over the last few months.

Both albums came out in the 2000's,Cream Royal Albert Hall Reunion 2005,Led Zeppelin(whilst obviously not being recorded recently) HTWWW Came out in 2003.

Its not my personal favorite at all but :

Nirvana Nevermind

Love it or hate it, its minimalist and " its not cool to be cool " attitude changed rock till this day. No band has broke its overshadowing influence since.

So, for it being the most influential, i will also call it the best.

For me, hands down, it is 'Ten' by Pearl Jam...for me no other album combines such musical and lyrical beauty, power, and perfection...
