1. Grand Funk Railroad around 1974 2. Steve Miller Band(my first laser light show), about 1978 3. Bryan Adams in 1985, all in Portland, Oregon. Many others also but those were my three favorite concerts.
Saw Skid Row in 1992 and 1995. The '92 show Soundgarden opened which was odd. Skid Row always put on a killer show.
Being 14 in 1970, well I got to see a lot of great bands performing great shows, in the 1970's. But, my favorite concert of all time, has to be my very first rock concert. The band played very well, a very good show. Led Zeppelin August 22, 1970 Tarrant County Convention Center Arena The show opened with "Heartbreaker" The big finale was "Whole Lotta Love"
My favorite band is Yes and it has also been the best concert I have ever been to. I saw them on April 9, 2013 at The Beacon Theater in New York City. Jon Anderson's vocals were so crisp and fantastic.
