What do you do while you're listening to music?

The title pretty much explains itself...

Unfortunately, when I've got a record on the turntable, I usually spend my time surfing the net. Sometimes I'll write, or do homework (on the rare occasion that I actually have it), but it's usually the net for me. I'd like to find a way to listen to music without being on the computer, or sleeping, but studies have so far been inconclusive. The one thing I CANNOT do while listening to music is read...It just doesn't work.

I suspect that that will be a big one. Given that I don't have CDs, an iPod, a car, or a driver's license, the whole portable music thing is fairly alien to me at the moment.

Work, drive, browse the Net and/or walk the dog.

Walk, mostly. Or dance/air guitar. (Somtimes both at the same time!) Sit and stare is another favorite. Surf the net if I'm listening to something on the computer.

Browsing the internet, and I take my MP3 player pretty much everywhere too.

generally involves headbanging of various intensities, singing, surfing the net and otherwise falling deep into ecstasy

driving, lifting, riding quads and dirt bikes, screwing around on the computer, hanging with friends, and when I used to play 360 online like crazy. Just had it as background music.

I'm either walking, on the internet, doing some writing, or just chilling out in bed.
