^^^ After hearing you guys talk about Crown Royal I've been itching to try it myself. I've seen a few places online that sell it so if I drop a few hints maybe the husband will get me a bottle for my birthday

Crown is VERY good whiskey without getting into the truly expensive, high brow stuff. Personally, I like it on the rocks or if I'm in the mood to mix with something, I'll throw in a splash of 7-Up (or Sierra Mist or some other Lemon/Lime flavored soda).

Crown Royal Black? Holy crap that stuff is smooth. No need to mix that with anything. Good sipping whiskey. (well, i'm sure it would be good to pour down quickly too )
