However a Mexican friend of mine gave me a bottle of Real Mezcal that they make themselves, not the stuff sold by the big distillers and it was so much better than any tequila it wasn't even close. But I can't get anymore of that batch seeing his Uncle made it...:

Mezcal is good stuff. I too prefer it over tequila.

^^^ yeah, when I hear that song (one of my favorites by Bruce) I think back to a couple year stretch in the 80's that I would LOVE to go back and relive ... also like to make a few changes if I could go back knowing what I know now, but that's another topic entirely.
