That song goes back to at least the 1930's and maybe further than that.

This Lead Belly name keeps on coming up, I'll need to get his CD to see what all the fuss is about. Pete Seeger also Worships him too. Lead Belly though is a folk singer from the 30s - that's all I know, apart from lots of Folk artists look to him, even Peter, Paul & Mary have sung his songs!

One song I'm listening to now by The early Hollies - "That's How Strong My Love Is" I reckon is a really great song! :D
