Hey MP, fab picture. My "I don't get it" band is the Velvet Underground. Sorry but I just can't stand Lou Reed's talk/sing style. I've tried to get into them because I have a couple of good friends that swear by them but the Velvets just leave me cold.

Like I said, opinions change through time. Look at the date of the post. In March. I am sure that between March and now, i've grown a dislike for his music. Which is evident due to the amount of time I listen to his music, which is none.

Springsteen is good music for other people, but not for me.

I am the same, there are bands I used to like I now don't, vice versa.
One band I don't get is Kiss, I tried to give them a chance after years of dislike and meh, it hasn't changed, clearly not the band for me.

I don't take over worlds, I destroy them. Big difference.

SPEAKING of destroying stuff though I have a hard time getting into really pissed off metal bands. Whether is Manson or Slipknot or Cradle of Fifth or whatever....it just doesn't gel with me.
