Yeah i havan't heard WIN, LOSE OR DRAW for over 10 years and yes those other tracks that you mention i had forgotten the track listing on that album, the track CAN'T LOSE WHAT YOU NEVER HAD is a Muddy Waters song i believe?

Yes not considered one of the ALLMAN'S better albums but i've always kind of liked it and the live album WIPE THE WINDOWS, CHECK THE OIL, DOLLAR GAS is a good live abum as well as you mention

On November 11, 1972, The Allman Brothers Bass player Berry Oakley was killed when his motorcycle hit a bus at the same intersection as former band member Duane Allman, who had died a year earlier. Oakley was 24 years old.

I heard the Allmans are *officially* releasing the Allmans Brothers Band Live at S.U.N.Y. At Stony Brook, NY 9/19/1971 on CD....

One of the last recordings with both Duane Allman and Berry Oakley.

All I know is -- I can't wait to get my hands on that CD.
