I use Firefox, so I right click on the picture and left click 'Copy image location'. Back on the CRF page, left click the little yellow envelope (above) and paste in the link (I always delete the http first) and click 'ok'. If you want to check it, go to Go Advanced and select Preview before posting. I've forgoten what you do with IE, but I know some people use cloud storage to make it easier.

I've just checked IE and right clicked on the picture and left clicked properties. Then I copied and pasted the URL into the little yellow envelope. Perhaps someone could put me straight here, because I found it a bit fiddly!
