Not worth buying up here, you might need it one month a year if that.

A hairy beast like you would definitely need air conditioning if you lived down here. I run my AC all the time in the spring/summer........helps to cut down on allergies

^^Spent one summer in Ontario and will NEVER forget it...the humidity is ghastly to a Westerner like me. I'd get soaked walking from the front door to the garage and have to have a shower.

Don't know how anyone can stand it myself, but AC would be essential for survival.

^^And oxygen for the first few days, we aren't as high up as Denver but the altitude here is noticeable to folk who live close to sea level.

Takes about 3 days to adjust for most folks, you would really notice if you went for a hard run or bike ride the first day here. When I go to the mountains it's 2 days to acclimate before I don't feel like throwing up climbing the big hills...
