Met up with two friends last night who have been out of the country for a while and I will NEVER again mix wine and spirits

So I'm drinking tomato juice just now

I really like tomato juice but last night I had too many with vodka (bloody Marys) and then somebody opened a bottle of red wine and let me tell you I have a headache from hell today. I'll stick to my usual beverage of beer from now on just to be on the safe side

No, I really sympathize you, dear. I mixed two sorts of beer with wine yesterday - and it's alright, no aftermath at all. But wine with spirits...not everyone is able то stand it.

I very rarely drink spirits but the boys brought duty free booze back so we all had that then I made the mistake of drinking wine after it - as I said - never again AND I have to get ready for work soon
