I'm going to sleep great tonight! I threw the whole 1,800 piece truck today and it's actually cool to get a free workout while you work! I honestly as great, more confident and clearer headed than I ever have and really feel a strong sense of self! I don't know where the sudden burst of energy is coming from outside of a couple of lifestyle changes and the what comes down can only go up eventually theory but I'm not going to question it and I'll ride it out for as long as I can! I'm already up a little later than planned but shortly it will be goodnight cyber buddies until tomorrow!

A couple of lifestyle changes can work wonders. If I eat well and get plenty of excercise, I sleep 8 hours a night easy and I'm always full of energy

It occurred to me today that the only time I refuse to answer text messages for days on end is when I'm really pissed off at someone, or feel like they're better off without me.
