Lots of water. It has been a long hard(ish) slog of food and booze since Christmas eve. I get to play some drums tonight so I hope I can sweat some out ...

..then tomorrow head to London for an New Years eve/30th Birthday bash which will involve more booze...while dressed as a mexican.

We're drinking Nescafé Dolce Gusto Caffé Americano - a full bodied coffee with a rich aroma and a velvety crema layer. Much easier to say frothy coffee thing
