haha. And yeah it is repetitive, that is true. I admit it gets boring after 4-5 minutes. But still, when were talking about Revolution 9 and You Know My Name Look Up The Number...

^^You have a thing goin' on with Lynch I see Blossom...:heheh:

When I listen to "Let It Be", it sounds like the Beatles saying farewell to their fans, at least that is the feeling I always associate with that song.

Billy Joel knows.
This is my first posting here regarding my favorite band. I am hyper-critical about them. I too am a believer of honesty. Telling the truth will keep you free. It hurts me to say anything negative about my boys, but Dr. Robert is one the songs I dislike them. Whew, got that out.

Hey Jude is just toooooo repetitive for me, I think it could be half as long and then it would be one of their better songs. But endless refrains of "Hey Jude...lalalala" wear on me very quickly.

I agree. They stretched it out to the point where it's tiresome.

The Ballad of Yoko and John.

No song should mention that unholy gathering.

I still haven't forgiven Yoko of breaking up the Beatles.
Her gravestone'll read;

Broke up the Beatles

Sure, the beatles are amazing. They revolutionized music. But they had some really bad songs. Here are my choices for worst:

-Wild Honey Pie
-Revolution 9
-Revolution 1
-You Know My Name (Look Up The Number)
-Ask Me Why
-Flying
-Baby Your A Rich Man
-Fixing A Hole
-Continuing Story Of bungalow bill
-rocky racoon

anything I missed? feel free to add. opinions?

Good list! I'd add:

Dr. Robert
Maxwell's Silver Hammer
Long and Winding Road
Hey Jude
Get Back
Lady Madonna
Back in the U.S.S.R.
Dear Prudence

In fact, most of the "White Album". There are just too many campy numbers and British dance hall sendoffs in the "White Album" for my liking.

My favourite Beatles' albums in chronological order are "Beatles '65", "Rubber Soul", "Revolver" and "Magical Mystery Tour".
