I'm not sure now. I heard it being discussed on the news again, and it sounds like Ringo was never inducted. :uh: How could they pass him over for so long?

Well, Ringo Starr was inducted once already back in 1988 with The Beatles!

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame: Foundation needs to listen to fans and fix the process (Commentary, Photo Gallery) | cleveland.com

"The Hall of Fame Foundation fixed what was broken, and now they have a chance to do it again, using their own formula.

Create a "Legends of Rock'' category – or even, using current President and CEO Greg Harris' old employer, the Baseball Hall of Fame as a model, set up a committee to select veteran acts for inclusion.

And put Chicago, Deep Purple, the Doobies, Procul Harum, ELO, Moody Blues, Yes and the rest in the Rock Hall of Fame, where they deserve to be. And do it before they're all DEAD!"

Stevie Ray Vaughan, Joan Jett & the Blackhearts, Lou Reed and the Paul Butterfield Blues Band

All deserving names. I'm on the fence about Green Day. They've had some decent songs over the years, but Rock and Roll Hall material? Not too sure about that. On the other hand, considering some of the names in there and some of those not yet there, it's hard to not consider the whole thing a joke.
