For a true music fan to read that list, it makes me feel ill. It is just proof that the industry is trying to shove "pop" music down our throats. Put the almighty dollar over creativity and musicianship.

That list is a disgrace, BTW.

Yes, that is exactly what the Washington Post needs to do, inflate Kanye's ego more.


The only entrant on that list that I listen to is The White Stripes, and I listen to them quite a bit.

I must wonder why Eminem isn't on that list? Last time I checked his albums consistently hit #1 worldwide and he's also the highest selling artist of the decade. I have to believe that he is bigger and has influenced far more over the last ten years than GaGa and Taylor Swift have in the one year they've been around.

Send The Post a letter of complaint. They may very well replace the White Stripes with Eminem and make the list even worse.
