I love both albums and Dreams is a great song but I think Hotel California is one of the stand out songs of classic rock - IMO there are two songs from Rumours which are up there but they are Go Your Own Way and The Chain. If I was to rationalise my preference I would say that I think the music on Hotel California just jumps out to me a bit more. Those guitar solos don't hurt either...
