Elephant, narrowly over White Blood Cells. I'm also very fond of Icky Thump.

White Blood Cells is the most cohesive, fully realized album they put out, so it got my vote based on the nature of the poll/thread. Elephant and Get Behind Me Satan arguably have more standout tracks though.
