Congrats to the 1st hall class. Just missing the cut were BB King, Roy Orbison, and James Brown. Don't be discouraged by the 1st round of votes. These are the artists that would be in virtually anybody's Hall of Fame. As we get the legends inducted, the voting will be become much more interesting. Stay tuned for the 1987 poll coming soon.

Hmmmm, I tried to put pictures in there, but it didn't work. How do you do that?

when you find an image you want to post, you have to right click on the image. Then from the menu select properties. In the properties you find an image URL. Copy and paste the image URL between the image tags.

[*img]URL to the image[*/url] === be sure not to type in the astrick * in the tags.

I will fix your images above, but you owe me one :D

We now move on to the 1987 vote. Again vote for 10 candidates. The top 7 will be inducted as the second class. Voting will go through Sunday November 27. The list below is a list of candidates, but if you want to vote for somebody not on the list feel free as long as they made their debut in 1961 or before, and began their career in the 1940s or later, and are not already inducted of course. I am going with the Cleveland Rock Hall, and yes the date is a bit confusing. The year I give is the induction year, but the voting takes place the year prior. SO 1987 voting took place in 1986, and 25 years prior to that is 1961. I am following their lead as much as possible, knowing that this makes it a bit confusing for this purpose.
