I can see why people would want to buy an album on vinyl, but why would anyone want to buy a cassette? Can you even still buy cassettes?

Yes I see a few online and in the shops here, mostly for collectors I think who have a sentimental attachment to a particular cassette they used to have.

Hell CREAM'd, there are still people who collect 8 Tracks out there, and play them. That is one format I never did get into, by the time I had enough money to spend on stereo gear and albums cassettes had taken over.

One of these days I'll have to post my additions, have to be at least 50+ vinyl records I've got over the last couple months.

^^^ The Dirty Dancing soundtrack is one of my favorites, but I still have yet to see the film in its entirety. Not sure how that works.
