Yep, Yep...I don't want the term to come off "worse" than it is.

The media has hyped it up to be a "bad" thing.

I understand where Riff is coming from, and the term itself has gained an unpopular shroud of hatred.

When it comes to stalkers, sociopaths, and the generally unstable emotional groups, sure it is unhealthy.

But I just don't think we should fool ourselves and say that we never manipulate others. because we do.

Of course. Story of my life. Like a cute girl would give me her phone number and actually want to "hang out." Not the first time a girl cancelled on me. So, I've handled it pretty well. If we don't hang out tomorrow, it will be awkward at work. That's for sure. If she really wants to be my friend she'll text me tomorrow.

LOL at Phil's suggestion. She probably wouldn't care if I said that.

Yesterday it turned out it was another paid party gig, this time earning £40 per band member. And again we got more contacts and two more bookings, one on this Thursday and another one by the end of September in front of 1000 people with an hour and a half set. On Thursday however, there will be a booking agent, so if we play 2-3 songs we might get a chance to get more gigs.

That was a great night, had a good time with friends.
