Overall not the quality I'd like, not at all. But in the end I prefer a beer with some friends over über-quality music for now.![]()
Digital Sources
My current digital sources are a 2nd-generation Rega Planet CD player used as a transport only, fed through a Modwright-modified Channel Islands Audio DAC/power supply. That's the Rega on top:
Underneath the Rega is a garden variety Sony SACD changer. I prefer SACD among the hi-res formats, and I had Matt Anker modify this Sony for me.

Yeah I loved the look and feel of the switches on my old Yamaha,,,I am still kicking myself for ever parting with it...:

Looks like we're in the same price range b.o.b. and it works fiiiine for me - your set-up looks a-ok in my book.
And I forgot that I have a cheap dvd/VHS thing too... works great. And I used to hook up my computer to my amp but don't do it anymore since I got a great Creative 2.1 speaker thing for my computer.
. Not bad at all. But I like to use more the amplifier. All I need now is a turntable. I still have many old vinyl LP's and my old turntable is broken.
