Legendary Radio 1 D.J John Peel introduced so many bands to the people, many obscure, prefering to play bands on "Independent" labels. Coining the term "Indie"
One special band he played in the late 70s SWELL MAPS blew me away with their experimental fuzztone art/punk !
Sadly no longer with us....the band from Solihull UK broke up and founding members/brothers Nikki Sudden and Epic Soundtracks are now deceased.
