Off of the top of my head, without looking at lists to see what I may be forgetting... my #1 is a clear-cut choice for me.
1) Tom Keifer - Rise
Really, REALLY like this album. It is so much better than his previous solo album (which wasn't bad, but was a far cry from his days in Cinderella). This album is far more gritty and rockin' than the previous album from a few years ago. Easily my #1
Honorable mention:
The End Machine - The End Machine
Queensryche - The Verdict
Whitesnake - Flesh & Blood
Kenny Wayne Shepherd - The Traveler
Tool - Fear Inoculum
Dream Theater - Distance Over Time
