They are a fun family really.. I always thought how lucky Nick and Sophie are to have Gene as a dad.. He's not boring and stuffy by no means..

I agree. in the thread where we were asked if we could choose a rock star parent, who would we take, Gene was one of my two choices. From what I've seen, he loves his family dearly and I really believe he treats them with respect, as they seem to do with him. I think he'd be a great dad. I'd HATE to have him as a business partner, but a dad, I think he'd be pretty damn cool.

Truth.. He pushes them into doing things.. Like he did helping Nick do a few gigs and he makes sure they are always trying something career oriented..
He's a great Dad and it would really be sad to see him and Shannon split up.. I just think Shannon dosn't want to get old.. I can't blame her for feeling that way.. She seems to be at that point in her life where she's going to do some boat rocking..
A bit of shame on her since that would mean that Gene would have to change his life style to be more involved in her world..
