Pulmonary embolism (PE) is a blockage of the main artery of the lung or one of its branches by a substance that has travelled from elsewhere in the body. Once cancer metastasizes, it can lead to a number of body ailments.

A great tribute 70's Guy. RIP Jon.

If anyone wants to know why the 1970s version of DEEP PURPLE (especially the Mk2 version) was SO GOOD just listen to the live MADE IN JAPAN album (recorded in August 1972) on a set of headphones, the musical interaction between Ritchie Blackmore, Jon Lord & Ian Paice is absolutely breathtaking!!.

Even though i have liked DEEP PURPLE since the mid-1970s i never realised how really good they were until i listened to MADE IN JAPAN on headphones, this album was reputed to be the "greatest live album" ever recorded during the 1970s with NO OVERDUBS ADDED wot the listener hears is wot actually happened on the night!!.
