It's not Black Sabbath, you have to let go of that now.
It's Ozzy, and he does it well. It is nearly his best but i reckon he has some more to give. Why not wait out and see ! I think his next album will be better.

I agree. Black Sabbath is great, and will always have a special place in the music department, but Ozzy is doing well in his career regardless of how he sounds. I think I liked Scream a bit more than Black Rain, but both were very well done in terms of musicianship. And Ozzy sounds great, he doesn't sound the same as he used to, but it's nothing bad.

This album is one of the best Ive heard of Ozzys regardless of how others perceive it.
Some dont like the sound but I quite love it.
Something different.

Would have been better if I had waited for another listen before making this sort of statement.

It's terrible!

The worst album of his career. (including Sabbath).

Have to now say I agree, I liked it the first time I heard it but now hearing it it is near intolerable. The overproduction is annoying me as much as it did on Black Rain.
Terrible record. I desire getting rid of my copy.
