I know this isn't much to go on, but seeing if any of you fine people could find the song anyway, I remember hearing the song on the radio multiple times some years back, I believe it is mid 1990s - early 2000s, it was I believe, a pop(ish) rock song, maybe alt rock, maybe something like the barenaked ladies, it was around the same time of maroon 5's "this love"
the only lyrics I can remember is a good part of the chours (or all of it maybe) was "whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, oh, oh, oh," that's the only part I remember exactly. as I hum it all the time. I believe it was a fairly popular track if you guys can try to find it that would be awesome!

Still haven't found it lol have probably searched through every song with whoa in it by now.. it cant be that obscure i really want to say its barenaked ladies but cant find it under their name, slow alt rock song from 90s possible early to mid 2000s, male singer, end of the chorus was "whoa whoa whoa oh oh oh ohhh"
Wish i knew more its starting to bug me now..
