Karaoke...what fun! I've belted out a few tunes at times.:heheh: No specific song that was one I sang because when we went it was just for fun and I've only participated a handful of times (I liked listening to everyone else more). Although Bon Jovi and Joan Jett do stand out.:D A friend of ours was into the competing part of it and we went to see him a few times. He was pretty good. He won $500 once. Fun times! :grinthumb

I've only done karaoke 3 times (I know, sue me).

Twice, I did Elvis songs, just because people seem to get a kick when I do my Elvis impersonation in the songs.

Once, I did "I'm Still Standing" by Elton John. Never doing another Elton karaoke again, I sounded like a dying cat.

Oh where do I start? :heheh: Me and my friends go to karaoke probably 3 out of 4 Tuesdays a month and it's reached a point where people get really excited when I go on stage. Just last night I did two duets, "I Love Rock N' Roll" with my friend Jessica and "War (Edwin Starr) with my friend Willie and during the latter the entire bar exploded. :heheh:

Lemme see....what are some of the others that I've done:

No Rain- Blind Melon
Try- Macy Gray
Let It Be- The Beatles
Somebody To Love- Queen
For Crying Out Loud- Meat Loaf
(Bad choice, it was WAY too long :heheh:)
Creep- Radiohead
Delilah- Tom Jones
Common People- Pulp
Kiss With A Fist- Florence + The Machine
With A Little Help From My Friends- Joe Cocker
(In full on Joe Cocker style, which hurt my throat fiercely :heheh:)
Wonderwall- Oasis
I Don't Want To Miss A Thing- Aerosmith (For the MEGA cheese factor)
Crazy Train- Ozzy Osbourne (a duet with my friend Jerold)
Bohemian Rhapsody- Queen
My Way- Sid Vicious
Growing On Me- The Darkness

Stacy's Mom- Fountains of Wayne (a duet with my friend Mercedes)
Me and Bobby McGee- Janis Joplin
Open Arms- Journey

Also a couple weeks ago I did "Bennie and the Jets" and people are still asking me to do it again. :heheh:

Yeah, you know some videos of all this would be really quite wonderful! And possibly hilarious.

Can't say i've ever done karaoke. Closest i've ever gotten to that sort of thing was singing in concert choir and the all mens choir in middle school.

Admittedly, it isn't as bad as it sounds.

Ok yeah it is.
