I've been aching to know what those lines of foreign language are in John Lennon's "#9 Dream."

It runs :

Ah! B'wakawa, pousse, pousse?
Ah! B'wakawa, pousse, pousse?

I've looked all over the place, and I can't seem to find the meaning of these weird lyrics. Does anyone know anything about them?

The reason you can't find the language is that it's sheer gobbledy-gook. John made up the words for effect just like he did on those "exotic" sounding last few lines of "Sun King" for Abbey Road.

what a coincidence, I just put this album in the car yesterday and this was the last song I heard before I got out. =)

Lennon has a thing for the number "9" (he was born on October 9). As for the lyrics, yea, that's plain gibberish, apparently he heard it in a dream. Hence the title.
