glam rock track with wah-wah

Im pretty well up on knowledge of 70s glam rock Kilroy.....but this track has me stumped .Any other info ? Im presuming the band were UK based, was the track recorded from a pop tv programme? etc

There have been suggestions that there is a strong accent, that is not an Englishman sings. Well, what can be the name of the song.? lyrics, of course

Yeah he does have an accent so I'd say the vocalist isn't British, maybe German or Scandanavian?? I've searched some of the lyrics - like "I know the words you used to say" but came to a dead end.
