Slippin' in an American band who were once touted as the American Zeppelin ....they never reached that pinnacle but they were a solid heavy blues rock band.
You Cant Judge A Book..... Cactus (1970....Bogert from Vanilla Fudge and Mcarty and Appice and Day from multiple bands)

The Edgar Broughton Band - Look at the Mayor ( live ),,Some pretty heavy blues rock here.,love the guitar in the 2nd part of this, its as guttural as you can get...I wasn't a massive fan of the band but some of their stuff i sometimes give a listen to..

Some more great heavy blues-rock with Welsh band Budgie - Hammer and Tongs...one of my fave songs of theirs...Saw Budgie way back in the early 80's in Liverpool, UK when they were the support act to Gillan ( Ian Gillan ) it was one of those concerts where the support band were just as good as the main act, they really gave Gillan a bloody good run for his money.
