This is kind of funny, since they are actually, probably pretty close to my top 10 bands.. I can only choose the top 5 for certain, but they are close to the top 10.. I only own two of their albums.. I've heard tons of their songs, but never owned or even listened to the full albums...

It's so tough to narrow any genre down to one band...

Punk was best served live

I was also getting into The Cramps bigtime

In the 80's Milwaukee, like I'm sure many cities, had such a great punk scene happening

Die Kreuzen

The Haskels (Liberace is also from Milw)

Couch Flambeau

Shemps (they were much younger the last time I saw them)

I live in Buffalo, NY
I should add the Ramones because they were a big part of the 80's for me.
...Sh!#t!!! I forgot Iggy too!!

Okay...
Johnny Thunders
Ramones
Iggy Pop
Forgotten Rebels (Canadian Punk at its best...they are a lot of fun)
Teenage Head (Canadian Punk with a real Rock & Roll feel)
Lords of the New Church (Stiv Bators band with a Punk/New Wave Style)

I also enjoyed the Circle Jerks, Dead Kennedys, Black Flag, Butthole Surfers, Splat Cats, & the Meatmen
