Electronic rock song with vocoder

[Diamond Reo]

At my workplace, I have occasionally heard what sounds like a 70s, maybe 80s, rock song that makes heavy use of synthesizers and starts off with a vocoder. I don't know any of the lyrics, but I'm sure it's not by ELO.
