Re: Creedence Clearwater Revival

I never really got into their albums, though I loved many of their singles. Probably my two favorites were "Who'll Stop the Rain" and the much less well-known "Lodi."

Lodi, yay! My favourite song! :grinthumb

CCR - awesome stuff. Learned to love them from my Mom of all people. Never tire of hearing their timeless music.

Re: Creedence Clearwater Revival

my favorite song is "Up Around The Bend"

and do they have a bad album?
I have a good number of songs by them but no full albums, but there is at least one song from every album, and I haven't found one I don't like...
This band was very ahead of their time though

I think they haven¡t a bad song

Re: Creedence Clearwater Revival

With so much great music from CCR, it's hard to believe they were only together for five short years. I guess recording two albums per year helps.

I never tire of listening to Effigy and Heard It Through The Grapevine.

They were genious

Nowadays the artis wanna record a song and live fron the fame and te press

Nothing like some CCR to get you moving :) Or get you emotional depending on the song, like wrote a song for everyone, that's so beautiful
