Tres Hombres is still NOT hard rock, IMO. It's more of a hard boogie-rock, souther style hard rock. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it

But Magic, throw out the words boogie and Southern style and you just called it hard rock twice yourself..

It's sure isn't easy listening or pop. Personally, I'd say it is Southern rock and hard rock. Something can be " boogie" and and or southern and still be hard rock, IMO.

True, but just like Lynyrd Skynyrd, Molly Hatchet etc. they play both ...Southern Hard Rock.
