I have never considered ZZ Top hard rock.

Ok, I get ya. That album has a decent mix of BOC songs, IMHO. But I usually dont like "best of" albums, either. I would rather have a full release album.



Tres Hombres is still NOT hard rock, IMO. It's more of a hard boogie-rock, souther style hard rock. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it

I agree. I would never put Tres Hombres anywhere near the "hard rock" genre/title.
