Yeah, I've spent a few dollars picking up some of his albums (I think 5 now), plus three of the studio albums he did with Beth. Well worth it though. I don't mind supporting someone that puts out quality work and Joe definitely does that.

Picked up Redemption back in October, really like it. Yet another rock solid release from Joe.

Another album I picked up a couple of weeks ago is a little instrumental side-project that he's been involved in:

Rock Candy Funk Party - We Want Groove (2013)

I am REALLY digging this album. They have two other studio releases that I need to check out.

Joe - Midnight Blues ( Live )

Love the phrasing in his playing on this song

Another track that I really like is Sloe Gin. Cool live version here.

I like the vast majority of his stuff, but I have to say that slower, more heartfelt blues stuff from him are my favorites

I really need to pick up the Beacon Theater, live double album. I've been listening to / watching several songs from that performance on YT lately and everything I've listened to sounds amazing. His rendition of Gary Moore's Midnight Blues (that I posted a few days ago) blows me away.

I also might have to shell out the money for the DVD while I'm at it.

Just a mention that I found through a Los Angeles guitar shop on you tube that has a bunch of video's of JB trying out vintage guitars. But the shop is Normans Rare Guitars.

Check out Normans Rare Guitars on you tube..

I will definitely check that out later tonight. I love when good guitarists do stuff like that and it's caught on video. I saw one with John 5 a while back where he's doing the same sort of thing with some very well known guitars (directly from Hard Rock Cafe locations) and he doesn't just start jamming on them, he talks about his knowledge of some of those particular guitars and then off the cuff plays iconic riffs from the owners of those iconic guitars. It was a pretty cool video.

Anyway, yeah, I'll check this out later tonight for sure.

I have been a Joe fan for a long time, I feel that his guitar playing is the best of today's blues players. I have most of his albums and I feel that this is the best so far. If you like good clean sounding blues I think that you would love this album.

Yeah, that album is likely going to be my next purchase (not just of Joe's stuff, but ANYONE). The online vids that I've seen look and sound amazing!

Get the DVD it's excellent! Joe has a great band and killer backup singers and he's playing the music of the three Kings. I highly recommend it!
