Personally I don't generally listen to British progressive rock bands of the 1970s I like my rock a bit more 'rocked up' although an exception was Emerson Lake & Palmer which were not a bad band and recorded some good records back in the 1970s (except maybe Love Beach?) anyway the only other band I suppose that was in this category that I still like were the Dutch progressive rock band FOCUS which I have liked since the 1980s and as a teenager back in the early 1970s in the UK I remember there hit singles House Of The King, Hocus Pocus & Sylvia which all did well in the British charts back then.

I'm very old school.

Yes
Genesis
Rush
Barclay James Harvest
Marillion
Transatlantic

About the only band who are (debatably) in that sphere in recent years, that I listen to, are Public Service Broadcasting.

Apart from Marillion, King Crimson, Steve Hackett, Ian Anderson and PSB I haven't seen anything proggy live this century!

Yep that just about sums me up too - "old school" I can't seem to get in to many new bands these days and that's probably a fault of mine rather than theirs because I don't even really rate the more recent releases from the likes of Rush etc, although I have most of them and do listen to them. I think it's an age thing with me : that and laziness I suppose...

I never even heard of "Public Service Broadcasting" so I'll go and check them out..
