2010s...and it's only getting worse since the Commies have invaded our music industry and are wrecking that too.

For me definitely the 80's.
The 70s, the 90's and the 60's are the best decades.
But as the 10's are still going on...in 5 years the worst decade wil surely be the 10s....There's no interesting music anymore. They don't want to make music anymore these days, but only...money....

I think since 2000's, I like some actual bands, but don't happen to me the same vibe with an old bands, that I listen to all the time. There isnt any band who make me say that band transport me, I go concerts because i love good music and makes me happy going to, but I think bands dont have the same passion vibe on music like olds the bands, i think some bands today are good, i think are still good bands, but you just gotta to find it. In my opinion.

Now going back to 2000. There may have been some good stuff in this period, but not much.

My bets would go to 2000's. Even if 80's shows a lot of misses (even in fashion and hairs too) - there are still a lot of music that you'll appreciate from that period. Unlike 2000's - music has become a saturating factor to listen.

I think I've steered clear of this thread a bit but thinking about it I can't make the call anyway. There has always been gear that makes me cringe whatever decade. I have a fondness for underground music with an edge. Mainstream marketing can sometimes smooth out the raw, rough facet I like (not always). I struggle with Disco, Rap, Boy Bands, Big Hair Glam, Bubblegum pop, soft rock etc. The whole Rock era is peppered with gear I can't relate to. A little more work is required now because so much ground has been covered but there are still fantastic bands out there. So I guess I have to remain on the fence.

If this were true, they'd be played all day on the radio.

Absolutely the 2000's. Artists, if you can call them that, have way too many crutches available to them and no qualms about using them to the max. They have machines that can make it sound like they can sing when they can't and make them sound like they can play guitar, when they can't and it goes on and on. So all a record label needs is someone who looks good. Talent is NOT a requirement.
