According to the news on their site, they've been actively touring since at least '07 with major promotion by the legendary Shrapnel Records.

Russell was on the Eddie Trunk radio show on January 21st and even appeared on CNN with Larry King in 2005.

I believe they are referring to Jack falling down in the video and not appearing quite himself. I think they are expressing concern.

Oh I see. But wasn't this like seven years ago? Not sure... Hopefully it was just too much wowee sauce and nothing more serious.

Without freshly looking it up for all of the specifics, I recall reading an interview with Jack Russell from two or three years ago where he stated the aftermath of the fire made him suicidal, put him into therapy and ruined his marriage. However, as he tells it, the therapy he underwent helped him move on to the point where he could continue his career and enjoy a better quality of life emotionally.

From what I read a while back, Jack still has a lot of internal strife regarding that tragedy. I know he went through a pretty rough battle with booze not long after the fire. I feel for the guy, and everyone in the band.

I do know that they were on tour this past summer or fall, but never got a chance to go see them.

As far as I know Jack isn't in the band due to health reasons,this is the current 2011 lineup.
