Ive really been taking my time with my music.Really enjoying the album and not rushing with it.I know it may be years before i play it again so im taking it easy.Ive recently relaxed to the first 2 manowar albums.Played them each a few times and also listened through headphones.I think the slow way is the way to go..............You can get a bit paranoid when you hit above 4k worth of albums and start rushing things.

1. The duds are vinyl that are noisy and with skips. There's one here and there that I aim to replace or have replaced.
2. This one will NEVER happen. :D
3. Still obtaining more but I have slowed down. No check that, I've been more on a vinyl kick since December of 2012.

1-How big is it(cds, vinyl, downloads etc)(Include display pics etc if you want.)

I lost count of that a long time ago. I have a roomful of boxes with CDs and vinyl. All my old cassettes are in boxes at my parents place. My collection would've been double so big, had I not had a break-in about 15 years ago where my stereo, vinyls, CDs, etc were stolen. Since then I've been rebuying a lot (unfortunately mostly on CDs).

2-Is there stuff you have not played(how much)
I honestly think I have played everything at least once. What I do have a lot of, is unseen bonus DVDs etc.

3-Do you buy your music or do you take the odd frebbie download from blogs.
I ALWAYS buy my music, but I have occasionally downloaded an album for my iPod, since downloading it was faster than searching through boxes for it.

4-How much per month do you think you spend
Too much, but not half as much as I used to!

5-Is your collection out of control and growing like a monster
Sometimes it feels out of control or too much.

6-How many chances do you give a purchase(eg 3 goes)
It depends on how much I enjoy the album. Some albums ends up being on heavy rotation for months, while others get a couple of listens and then end up in a box, only to be rediscovered later.

7-Do you have stuff that you do not like(eg part of a bands discography)
Well, I tend to collect full discograhies by bands I like, so sometimes there'll be a release I like less, but I don't think I own an album I literally dislike. If I like a band, I tend to find at least something positive about all of their releases. (see 8 also).

8-Do you sell off parts of your collection from time to time.
I have a friend who owns a second hand store, I sometimes trade or sell some stuff to him, partly to trim down a bit (lack of space). It's mainly stuff I've received as a gift and didn't like, stuff I might have bought twice or on rare occasion something I bought and really didn't like!

9-Please feel free to say anything else.

Nearly 450 cds, 25 records, and 11 tapes

2-Is there stuff you have not played (how much)
Pretty much have played it all except the vinyl since I don't own a record player..yet.

3-Do you buy your music or do you take the odd frebbie download from blogs.
Purchase it all via cds, records, & tapes.

4-How much per month do you think you spend.
Roughly around $15 to $60.

5-Is your collection out of control and growing like a monster.
Suppose so.

6-How many chances do you give a purchase (eg 3 goes)
Depends on the album.

7-Do you have stuff that you do not like (eg part of a bands discography)
Tends to collect stuff I enjoy.

8-Do you sell off parts of your collection from time to time.
Nope.
