Re: The Yes Thread

I know right! I started listening months and months ago, it's gonna take me a while to get through it all but it's magic all the same! :cheers2

Re: The Yes Thread

I remember the first Yes album I bought when I was a teen was Open Your Eyes. I know a lot of people don't like this album, but I love it and it has a special place in my heart. I love all Yes!

No Way We Can Lose - great lyrics!

Re: The Yes Thread

I got lucky a few weeks ago and picked up a bunch of specialty copies of Yes's albums, including this one which I never bought when it was released. But I am going to give it another go and keep an open mind.

Sal, Chris Squire will be my all time favorite bass guitarist in rock music forever, he is a master of his art.

Big Generator another album that created a huge controversy within the Yes fan base.

Re: The Yes Thread

The debut album must be one of the best feel good albums I've ever come across, all the tunes put me on a high no matter what kind of day I've had.

"Looking Around"

"Survival"

Awesome Album :cheers2

Re: The Yes Thread

^^^ Nice one ,, I bought the UK album cover on vinyl in my teens and then the USA cover on cd years later. Just a great album for lifting you up IMO and some fantastic musicianship.

Thanks for posting those videos, Sox. I don't have the debut and now I
see that I am making a big mistake by not owning it.
