Just to name a few of my faves, there's lot's of good bands out of Canada.

There's a few I like, Rush are (obviously) in a league of their own in any nationality, also Joni Mitchell is a genius, I like Avril Lavigne, Neil Young (at lest when he was a great rock folky in the 60's and 70's, and not the unholy distorted racket that he makes these days), Arcade Fire, Shania Twain, and hey, one of the all time greats, Bachman Turner Overdrive!!

Easily Rush. But they are my favorite band so...

There have been a lot of great bands from Canada. I like BTO The Guess Who, Gordon Lightfoot, FM, etc.

I even really like a lot of older Anvil. We saw them in local clubs in the 80s and 90s and they are quite entertaining.

It seems that the majority of music from Canada is at least good.

We've produced a few good quality bands over the years Khor.

The Stampeders live album "Backstage Pass" is a lot of fun, just got a vinyl copy a few weeks ago.

Streetheart, don't think they ever made a breakthrough in the American market but I'll take their cover of "Under My Thumb" over the Stones anyday.
