Yes, I think through all my posts very carefully.

Don't know how I missed that post, one of your best by far Hep....:lmao:

Thank you! So would Sir Paul have scored a good gig here or would he soon be back in his rocking chair?

This lineup for the Rolling Stones:

Mick Jagger - Lead Vocals & Harmonica
Keith Richards - Guitar
Ronnie Wood - Guitar
Dick Taylor - Bass
Charlie Watts - Drums

The Rolling Stones need an old Brit on bass and Dick Taylor would fit the bill perfectly. Dick was a very early member of the Rolling Stones who left the Stones after he, Mick and Keith had joined forces with Brian Jones and Ian Stewart because he didn't want to be "relegated" to playing bass! That didn't turn out to be one of Dick's better career decisions!

Dick went on to some degree of critical acclaim with the Pretty Things and then played guitar and bass(!) early on with Hawkwind.

Avril Lavigne has reportedly grown weary of waiting for Jimmy Page and the boys to finalize touring arrangements. She's now in negotiations to tour with the newly reconstituted Beatles:

Avril Lavigne - Guitar & Vocals
Julian Lennon - Lead Guitar
Paul McCartney - Bass & Vocals
Ringo Starr - Drums

One thing's for sure. If the old band's new singer can't get Sir Paul up and out of the rocking chair, nothing will!

I'd like the Guns N' Roses that the world loves the most to get back together, The Darkness (though that one might not be too out of the question), and even though this isn't a band I'd like to see Jim Steinman and Meat Loaf get back together because they were an amazing team.

Led Zeppelin with Bonzos son Jason on drums and Kate Bush would do a fantastic job on vocals.
