'Nada' means nothing. And 'one' means 1. So that phrase wouldn't ever be used in normal conversation since it doesn't make grammatical sense.

I think 'Nada' is a play on words. Instead of saying, 'not a one', they're using 'Nada One' instead because it sounds similar.

BTW...since I'm correcting grammar here...
