I might be Golds Gyms best customer. I am a workout aholic. I am always looking for tunes to work out to. Something to make want to be energetic. Here is a list of my top ten workout songs in no particular order.

Mudvayne-Dig
Godsmack-Awake
Rage Against The Macine-Killing In The Name Of
Tool-Vicarious
Metallica-Master of The Puppets
Motorhead-Ace of Spades
Minor Threat-Screaming at the Wall
Chevelle-The Clincher

Greg, you definitely have a "power" workout playlist. I will post mine a little later, since mine is kinda "girly" :)

My mp3 player is loaded up with mostly (but not exclusively) 80's hard rock tunes, such as

(full albums):
Judas Priest - British Steel
Judas Priest - Screaming for Vengeance
Judas Priest - Defenders of the Faith
Judas Priest - Stained Class
Judas Priest - Hell Bent For Leather
Dokken - Under Lock and Key
Dokken - Back for the Attack
Dokken - Tooth and Nail
Kiss - Creatures of the Night
Kiss - Lick It Up
AC/DC - Back in Black
Scorpions - Blackout
Scorpions - Love at First Sting
Scorpions - Savage Amusement
Motley Crue - Shout at the Devil
Motley Crue - Too Fast for Love
Van Halen - 1984
Van Halen - OU812
Tesla - Mechanical Resonance
Tesla - The Great Radio Controversy
WASP - The Last Command
WASP - WASP
Lita Ford - Dancin' On The Edge
Metallica - Master of Puppets
Metallica - And Justice For All
Guns n' Roses - Appetite For Destruction
Queensryche - Operation Mindcrime
Queensryche - Empire
Ozzy - Bark at the Moon
Ozzy - Blizzard of Ozz
Ozzy - No Rest for the Wicked

There's more I'm sure, but that's what I can think of. of course, that's not all, there are plenty of artists that I have just a few songs from each on.

Two newer (ie: past 10 yrs) songs I love to hear play while I'm lifting would be:

Drowning Pool - Bodies
Disturbed - Down with the Sickness

== == == == ==

Sorry, I can't simply give only 10 great workout songs.
